Alleviates the symptoms of haemorrhoidal disease; topically anaesthetic, styptic and anti-inflammatory.

Active ingredients:
1 g of gel contains 50 mg of Aesculus hippocastanum L, cortex (horse-chestnut bark) dry extract (40-90:1), extracting solvent: methanol 90% (v/v), 5 mg of lidocaine hydrochloride (Lidocaini hydrochloridum). Adjuvants: saponin (of Quillaja), camomile oil, Balsamum peruvianum, carbomer, purified water, sodium hydroxide, ethyl parahydroxybenzoate, kronopol

Therapeutic indications:
Haemorrhoidal disease

Dosage and administration:
Intrarectal administration. Adults: if not recommended otherwise by a doctor, use the enclosed cannula to apply the gel on the affected area or squeeze approx. 0.5 to 1.0 g (a strip approx. 2 cm in length) into the rectum 2 or 3 times a day until acute symptoms subside. Then the dose can be reduced with the gel administered once a day. Use the preparation until the symptoms subside. Not recommended for persons under 18 years of age.
